Over a month I will give you the tools and practices that will assist you in fully embracing and embodying your sensual, sexual feminine power.

Awakening your inner goddess through sensual dance, sensual breathing techniques and a self love guided mirror work practice. WOMENS CIRCLE

ONLINE WOMEN’S GATHERINGS.

A sacred online space to be vulnerable, allowing yourself to be seen, witnessed and held in the safety of other women. In a women’s circle we get to restore our sisterhood, reconnect with each other and importantly with ourselves.

A women’s circle is a sacred, ceremonial space, to share and be fully alive and present with who you are.

This circle is open to any women that feel they need to talk, that feel they need to share how they are feeling and express in a non judgemental space.

I like to look at these spaces as group therapy, a problem shared is often a problem halved! Sometimes we just need to speak without a response and other times we want to ask for advice but we don’t often know how to, this is a space especially curated for this.

I will guide you through an embodied meditation practice themed around the intention of the circle, there will then be a authentic sharing circle followed by a guided journaling session and closed with dancing! Minimum of 3 women per booking.
